Property. The Delphi Definitions of Low Back Pain Prevalence (DOLBaPP) have been published in Spine (2008, Vol. 33, No. 1, pp. 95–103). Under the Copyright License Agreement between Wolters Kluwer Health and Dr Clermont E. Dionne, the Definitions, and all translations thereof, including electronic versions, are owned and copyrighted by Wolters Kluwer Health.

 

The Delphi DOLBaPP questionnaires have been developed by Dr Clermont E. Dionne, from Université Laval, and by his team in URESP (Unité de recherche en santé des populations) in Québec City, Québec, Canada.

 

The diagram appearing in some of the questionnaires is part of The Standardised Nordic Questionnaires, published in Applied Ergonomics (1987, Vol. 18.3, pp. 233-237).


Authorization to use. The use or downloading of the original Delphi DOLBaPP definitions or questionnaires, or of any official available translations thereof from this website is permitted without charge, provided the filling of a registration form by the requirer.

 

By using or downloading the original or any official translated versions of the Delphi DOLBaPP definitions or questionnaires, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • no changes can be made to the wording, phrasing or presentation of the original Delphi DOLBaPP definitions or questionnaires, nor of any official translations thereof;

Authorization to translate. The translation or adaptation of the Delphi DOLBaPP definitions and questionnaires is allowed, but must be authorized, and conducted along a standardized process.


Any person considering to undertake the translation or adaptation of the Delphi DOLBaPP definitions and questionnaires in any language must then first contact
Dr Clermont Dionne, who will provide information on the standardized translation process and requirements.

 

Coyright violations.

  • Use of the name "Delphi Definitions of Low Back Pain Prevalence" or of the acronym  "DOLBaPP" will not be granted for any unauthorized translations of the Delphi DOLBaPP definitions or questionnaires.

 

  • Any unauthorized translation will be considered a violation of copyright protection.
