Property. The Delphi Definitions of Low Back Pain Prevalence (DOLBaPP) have been published in Spine (2008, Vol. 33, No. 1, pp. 95–103). Under the Copyright License Agreement between Wolters Kluwer Health and Dr Clermont E. Dionne, the Definitions, and all translations thereof, including electronic versions, are owned and copyrighted by Wolters Kluwer Health.
The Delphi DOLBaPP questionnaires have been developed by Dr Clermont E. Dionne, from Université Laval, and by his team in URESP (Unité de recherche en santé des populations) in Québec City, Québec, Canada.
The diagram appearing in some of the questionnaires is part of The Standardised Nordic Questionnaires, published in Applied Ergonomics (1987, Vol. 18.3, pp. 233-237).
